Liquorice is commonly used for :

  • asthma
  • bronchitis
  • coughs
  • peptic ulcers
  • arthritis

It is a soothing herb that is anti-inflammatory and controls coughing and has hormonal and laxative effects. It detoxifies and protects the liver.

Warning: Do not be use during pregnancy or patients with anaemia, high blood pressure and kidney disease.
